In main vessel combine phase A in order, with mixing, and heat to 75-80°C.  In a separate vessel combine phase B and start heating with mixing to 77-82°C. Add phase C to phase B, in order, when phase B is above 50°C. Mix to uniformity at 77-82°C.  Add phase BC to phase A with continuous mixing.  Maintain at 75-80°C for 20-25 minutes and then, with continued mixing, start cooling batch to room temperature.  Slowly add phase D when batch is at 30°C. When uniform, adjust final pH to 3.5-4.0 with phase E. When batch is again uniform perform final quality assurance checks.
